Our rooms range from 41m2 to 46m2. The apartments we offer you are close to the beach and near all the amenities you will need. Every room is fully equipped and furnished in quality. Staying in our rooms allows you much more privacy and a more homely feel for your holiday BUT allowing you to save 50% discount or more on expensive hotel bills, which helps provide you with more spending money, making your enjoyment go further. Our rates are as follows: Less than 1 month = 1000 baht per day (Including electric and water - minimum 5 days stay) 1st month =
22,000 baht (average approx. 18,500 per 3 month stay) 4th month =
16,000 baht (average approx. 16,800 per 6 month stay) You pay your own electric and water bills
